The first step in pricing your web site will be a discussion about your needs. I will ask you several questions which will help me calculate an estimate and timeline. I require a $200 deposit to begin work on your web site. As the work progresses you will be able to see the development on the private test server, which only you and I will have access to. You will be as much a part of the creation process as you desire. If new directions and/or additions to the project alter the original estimate, you will be informed. There will be no "SURPRISES" with your final invoice.
Once the web site is completed to YOUR SATISFACTION, we will negotiate a price based on 3 factors:
$120 per year.
Maintaining & updating the web site on my server is more efficient for both of us. I selected my server over 7 years ago after much research. As a result, I have several years of experience with my server, support personnel & control panel and have been VERY pleased with the quality of their work. The price of $120 includes minor updates and small edits. You may, of course choose to have someone else maintain and host your web site or to have me maintain it on a different server. Which ever you choose, I will need the web address of both your domain registrar and your current host to publish the site under your domain name.
I require $100 start up fee and nothing more until the logo is completed to your satisfaction. Most logos come in around $100-$250. It mostly depends on how intricate the artwork and how many revisions we go through.
